How to Book ?

    

Step 1: send the booking note (see below) to the sltanyeap1719@gmail.com / 012-4561290

BOOKING NOTES: Please write a short note while booking for short term Apartment stay            

1. How many people will stay & which apartment you want.       

2. Family / group of friend           

3. Purpose for stay and etc         

4. Check in date & check out date            

5. For Guest who required a car park. Please SMS in advance your car registration plate &     model to reserve your parking space.

Step 2: JY HomeStay  will confirm to you on the available date within 1 day.

Step 3: Bank in 50% down payment of total rental to JY HomeStay ( will be send the bank account number after confirmation)   

Step 4: Please provide :

2 Names, 2 IC or Passports, present address, 2 contact numbers & 2 emails.       

Step 5: JY HomeStay will confirm your booking by email within 1 day after receive the payment .

Your co-operation is needed

1. No animals, pets, explosive materials are allowed to keep in the room/ apartment.

2. Non-smoking room.

3. Any activities which may become an annoyance or nuisance to the guests/neighborhood or which shall in any way interfere with the quiet enjoyment of each guests/neighborhood are not allowed.
4. Required to responsible to pay any damage that you did.

• 4 queensize bed + 1 queensize mattress(extra chargeable ) + 2 singlesize mattress ( extra chargeable )

• suitable for 8-12 persons ( the extra mattress can be ready upon request with surcharge of RM25 for singlesize & RM50 for queensize each per night )

• Living room equipped with LED TV and Astro Channels

• Wifi provided ( unlimited )

• Large balcony and Kitchen equipped with simple cooking utensil.

• Washing machine will by supply for long stay customer (minimum 4 nights and above) 

• Study Area 

• Round dinning table for 6 persons.
